As far as support and help from Cass County Trikes and Ron, I can't overemphasize the amount of help and input I received from him. He ALWAYS called me back when I needed information or help. That was both before and after I purchased the kit. He never told me something wouldn't work or that I needed this or that. He said to try it out and if I had a question to call him and he would suggest a solution to my problem. I did and he did so thereby I would recommend him and his kit to anybody that would ask. The sporty kit comes with a very solid aluminum swing arm replacement. In fact everything about this kit is solid, fits perfectly and easy to install.

I just purchased a 2009 CF250T-5 V5 motorcycle/scooter with trike conversion kit from Cass County Choppers. In May 2009 I purchased a SYM Fiddle II 50CC scooter after 50+ years since last being on a scooter. The SYM Fiddle II was great except it lacks adequate power when climbing even the slightest grade. I could go from 45 MPH to 20 MPH in a relatively short time. Some motorist are not quite so forgiving when you are traveling at a slower speed. As a 69 year old senior citizen this trike is perfect for me because of no shifting, no putting foot down at stops and has more than enough power (75MPH) to fulfill my needs. Classic sport cruiser, strong performance, dealer network with parts availability and two year unlimited factory warranty are noteworthy. Is it the Motorcycle that rides like a Scooter...or...Is it the Scooter that looks like a Motorcycle - I like to think of it as a hybrid.
Based on the workmanship and handling qualities of this trike I would rate Cass County Choppers a five star company. Cass County Choppers is a motorcycle parts manufacture making trike kits and other motorcycle parts. Ron of Cass County Choppers went out of his way to insure that I would be satisfied with my trike. Just prior to shipping Ron test drove the trike and thought it was running a little rough. He immediate ordered a new carburetor with overnight delivery and installed it the next day to his satisfaction. Slight delay in shipping was experienced since Ron would not ship with just any motorcycle shipper. His concern was to get the trike delivered in the same condition as it left his location. In this day and age it is quite refreshing to see an individual look out also for the buyer's behalf instead of the company's bottom line only. This experience is what "old fashion" customer service and customer satisfaction is all about.
Special Note:
We all know that there are a number of unscrupulous Internet sellers that exist with horror stories reported concerning purchases via the Internet. I must admit I was originally hesitant in placing my order for this trike. After four or five telephone conversations with Ron and checking such places as Better Business Bureau, EBAY (Power Seller - 98.5% positive feedback), various motorcycle forums, Internet searches, etc. and only finding 1 negative comment out of hundreds of positive comments - I placed my order for this trike. Sometimes you have to trust your gut instinct and this resulted in a very highly satisfactory purchase for me.
